• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Accessing or operating another person's account.

12.2 Closure at the User's Initiative

If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact the support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure, provided there are no active bonus conditions or ongoing investigations.
